About Marric Service Centre: Quality Vehicle Repairs in Tzaneen
A quarter of a century ago, the doors opened to what would become one of the longest-standing mechanical workshops in the area. Marric Service Centre has since become synonymous with exceptional service and a very high standard of workmanship in car service and auto repairs.
We started in 1996 in the back of the old Mazda Ford workshop. Gradually, as demand for our auto repairs grew, the workload became too much for just one pair of hands, and we began to employ staff. Soon, our challenge shifted from managing our skilled workforce to finding adequate working space, and when our current property was listed for sale, we jumped at the opportunity.
It has been 25 years since, and in 2021, we welcomed new owners. Marric Service Centre has always been a family-owned and managed enterprise, and to see it passed on to another family brought us joy and excitement.
Though the business is now under new ownership and management, Franna and Chanté retained the name and the dedicated staff.
Franna Lamprecht and his wife, Chanté, moved to Tzaneen (from Rustenburg) about six years ago. Franna joined the Lannie Motors team as the Sales and Service Advisor.
During his time in Rustenburg, he owned and operated his own driving school, but the greener pastures of the bushveld beckoned, and he took the opportunity presented to him, never looking back since.
